This class will be geared towards though wanting / needing a more gentler 'rehab, restore, renew' practice. Suitable for anyone in general good health, including 60+, those with mild injuries or mild back problems, also suitable for prenatal and postnatal ladies. We use props such as yoga bricks, straps and tennis balls in this class and a large portion of the class (if not all, some weeks) is seated or the chair is used for support. *Safely improve strength and flexibility *Learn simple sequences using a chair *Develop balance, focus and stability *Ease stress and anxiety *Relieve aches and pains, especially in the neck and shoulders This class is for EVERY body. Seniors, persons with limited mobility or injuries, office workers, individuals with disabilities, weight issues or inflexibility. Looking for a safe and gentle, yet effective yoga practice that doesn't have you performing those “pretzel-like" yoga positions? A practice where you can enjoy all the benefits of traditional yoga while being comfortably supported by a chair? If limited mobility or injuries are holding you back from enjoying your body to the fullest, then you owe it to yourself to give this course a try. It's an amazing way to safely stretch and strengthen your body. Cancellation Notice

Cancellation Notice / Reschedule is up to 2 hours before class on the system. After that, you will be charged. Please cancel on the website by logging in/registering (menu top right above vernette banner) and going to 'my bookings' to cancel or reschedule the class you're booked for.
